  Bump structuremap version requirement

EPiServer.ServiceLocation.Structuremap requires structuremap version 4.5.2. This contains a potential memory leak bug https://github.com/structuremap/structuremap/issues/589.

Partners can just update structuremap to get around this issue, but EPiServer.ServiceLocation.Structuremap should be updated because new/updated installations require a fixed version of structuremap.

If reasonable, the EPiServer.CMS package should be updated to require the new version of EPiServer.ServiceLocation.Structuremap.

Fix Version/s: EPiServer.ServiceLocation.StructureMap 2.0.3;

  StructureMap: Duplicate assembly redirects in web.config
  1. Create a new site with Alloy MVC using VS 11.1.0.326 (or remove assemblyredirects from web.config and install package to site)
  2. Open web.config

ACTUAL: Duplicate redirects of EPiServer.ServiceLocation.StructureMap
EXPECTED: No duplicate redirects

Note: Trying to update NuGet packages to newer version will now fail, update should handle duplicates correctly. Workaround is just to remove the duplicates.
