User cannot see Campaigns/promotions in asset pane in CMS edit view

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download latest QuickSilver website.
2. Run the application.
3. Open CMS edit mode.
4. Click F12 to open the console window.
5. Click on “QuickSilver” Campaign in the assets pane on the Campaigns tab.
Expected: Campaign visible in asset pane.
Actual: Error shows up in browser console window.
Affected? You can raise the priority of a bug by voting for it. By doing so, you will be helping our developers to choose which bug to fix next.
Voting is disabled for closed bugs.
