When it comes to the "Standard" source which handles uploaded lists, the short answer would be no.
If the data comes from some other system I would suggest looking into integrating directly with that by implementing the IRecipientSource interface.

I have a question about managing recipient lists in EPiMail 4. Is it possible to update an existing Recipient list with new recipients, and change existing info about a recipients?
As I can se is the only way to import new recipients to create a new Recipient list and import the Recipients to this newly created list. Is there any built in functions for updatating existing recipients and existing recipient lists?
