Haven't used the Commerce Manager module my self. But I'm guessing it tells you that your using version 5.1 of the Commerce Module and CMS version 6.0?
A quick way to check is to see what dlls your refering to in your web.config.

Like Petter said, the second is the Commerce version you're running.

Could you tell me why in CMS it shows the version as 6.0.530.0 yet in the Commerce Manager module it shows the product version of 5.1 (build 25).
Which do we believe, the CMS version or the Commerce Manager version and what is the difference?
