Hi all im new to EpiServer and wondering if someone can give me a hand please?

I am trying to run a local copy of a website and when I debug from visual studio I am getting the ollowing error in my browser but am unsure what it meas.

Could not load file or assembly 'EPiServer.Samples.EventsMonitor.Cms6' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Could someone please help me?

You are missing an assembly. 

Im not sure but maybe you can download it from this blog post: http://world.episerver.com/Blogs/Paul-Smith/Dates1/2010/6/Online-Center--Admin-Plugin-for-EPiServer-Events-System-Load-Balancing/
