Broken Quick Chat Gadget code download link

Hi there, I am attempting the Gadgets Developers Tutorial but am unable to download the Quick Chat Gadget code zip file as the download link doesnt seem to work:

http://world.episerver.com/Download/Items/EPiServer-CMS/EPiServer-CMS-60/QuickChat-Gadget-Example/

All I get is the Runtime Error page
