Language not comming in online center

In Online center english language is not coming on the site we upgraded from CMS 5 to CMS 6.

But when we create a new site the it works fine.

in the upgraded site in online center screen it comes like missing text : shell/cms/menu...

any idea why it is only with upgraded sites and how to solve it.

We have placed all the language files but it seems it is not reading that.

Problem solved! I changed language to english and then changed back again.
