Episerver local setup - 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied

I installed Episerver 7 CMS and am trying to set it up locally on my PC. Have setup IIS, Security, permissions, etc. correctly and checked it multiple times. Don't see anything wrong.

But, just cannot execute http://www.umassmed.edu-local.com/ - I get a 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied error. What could the problem be?
