How can we change templating engine as from Razor to Spark View?

I am learning Episerver 7 and looking for few answers raised by my Developement manager.
How can we change templating engine as from Razor to Spark View or xyz?
In CMS 7. Where does the routing occur? If EPi is responsible for routing can we override, how would we override, could we replace?
How do we create web controls for the compositional interface in CMS 7 (was composer in previous versions)?
Is CMS7 truly .Net 4 or are there any limitations (ID mangling can now be turned off for example)? If there are limitations what are they?
