Epi Server Find Test Server Issues

Hi,

We are getting following error while connecting with Find Test Server Today, Before taht I was getting Time out Errors. Is there any news about this issue What if we get our LIve Servers failed.

I am Connecting es-api01.episerver.com.

Error is coming on this line var client = ServiceLocator.Current.GetInstance<IClient>()

Hi Khurram,

I believe this issue only affected the test services for a brief period today (I also experienced it). Production services were unaffected.

As with any SaaS-based platform, it's always worth considering whether you need some sort of graceful degredation in the event of connectivity issues. That being said - I'd imagine that production outages on Find would be a rarity.

Hi Mark,

I appriciate that, I think it is still useful to share experiences of this issue with community asi it can help someone in critical situations(Site is down on Boxing day sale) or customers with ONPremises license.
