New Page option disabled on Home but enabled on Root and other folders
Are there any rules in place that might disallow all content types to be created underneath the home page?

Daniel Isaacs No, there are no rules in place for the Home. It's odd that the new page is disabled. Does it matter how many pages are in the Home folder?

No real limitations like that that I'm aware of.
Any errors in the browser console when you're looking at the home page / opening the "new page" menu?

No errors, is it a possibility that we recently exported the home folder(which is start page) from Integration to PreProd and then from PreProd to Prod and that did something?
