We have received a feedback from a client that it is very difficult to find a group in the Add Group dropdown in /EPiServer/EPiServer.Cms.UI.Admin/default#/AccessRights/Users/UserDetail/{username}. They have more than 800 groups and are looking for a way to search groups as it was possible in CMS11.
My suggestion is that the following dropdown should be replaced by the searchable dropdown which is available in /EPiServer/EPiServer.Cms.UI.Admin/default#/AccessRights/SetAccessRights
