I've made a html mirror of my site. It looks fine in IE, but when I tried to view it in Firefox the stylesheet wouldn't load. When I checked it on a Mac the browser didn't display the page at all, it just spat out the HTML.

It appears that the problem has to do with the encoding of the generated html page. If I save the file with UTF-8 encoding then everything works fine. Obviously though re-saving every file in my mirrored site isn't feasible. I've tried setting content-type in the response headers but this still doesn't fix the problem.
