Accessing an EPiServer site through a proxy

Hi, I'm trying to use an EPiServer 4.20 installation through a proxy, and everything works fine. Except the EditPanel in EditMode, where there are several links with absolute path to the "real" hostname and port where the installation is. The images to the new DHTML editor, and the javascript-link to the Link/browse-tool are refered to with absolute URLs.

Our customer also has a problem with this. This is something that ElektroPost must handle. As now, it seems to get the information from the IIS Web Site ID.
