How to read product category Name at Confirmation Page

Hello guys in my epi server site at order confirmation page I need to read the top or first category name of variant for each lineitems of order, I am using this details for Google analytics tracking so we can see whats the category where this product exists in.

I need to read it from the cache so this did'nt effect the performance,

I would really appreciate some sample code
