Geta sitemap stopped working suddenly

Not sure if this is still an issue for you, but I ran into something similar after the upgrade for both Geta sitemaps and tags and found this github issue helpful:

Seems that the namespaces when they get saved in the database aren't consistent. It ended up causing all my existing configurations not to load. I am not sure if that is what you mean by not rendering correctly. But running that workaround script seemed to resolve.

Hello,
We are using geta optimizely sitemap package for generating sitemap xml and configured it as per in this repo https://github.com/Geta/geta-optimizely-sitemaps in our migrated project from cms 11 to 12. It was all working fine and now suddenly stopped working in add-on plugin wizard and property SEOSitemaps also not rendering correctly. How to identify what causing this issue now, we moved code to all the environment in migration steps now and identified this issue where it stopped working.
Please help how to identify what is stopping sitemap rendering.
