Move pages across language branches

We've got a bunch of pages that has been published by misstake in the english language branch instead of the swedish. Is there a way to move these to the correct branch in code or do we have to delete them and republish the pages?

Support have a tool for it, I haven't tested it myself so you may want to contact them first before trying it on R2. As you can see in the source you need to modify the database directly:
