opening file error

            System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(ddlReport.SelectedItem.Value);
            //Response.Redirect(ddlReport.SelectedValue, true);

I get an error when trying to open a pdf - 'The system cannot find the file specified'. The commented line works fine but that uses the current browser to show pdf content where as the first line should open a new broswer.

Any ideas?
