TextBox + Check Button Control

Hi guys,

Just want to ask if Optimizely cms or forms can make a Textbox+button combo? Like users input a number, then it can be checked out existence by clicking the button aside.

Please let me know how we can make it.

And if I put it further, can it be made as a filtering textbox which users can just type a few first numbers, then a droplist show up based on it for users to pick the right one in the list as a shortcut.

Please advice the correct approach. Thanks.

When you say CMS or Forms? Are you just meaning Forms? As you can create your own form fields so you can create new types if you need to
