Episerver Deployments using app_offline.htm
No issues so far. Been using is successfully in similar setup. Is file really named `app_offline.htm` and not accidently `app_offline.htm.txt` (due to notepad goodness). Dumb question, but had to ask :)

It's definately the right name, I even renamed it straight from docs in case some weird character has got in the filename or something. It just doesn't absolutely nothing on either my teams local dev machines or on our 2012 Server instances.

Hi guys, we were looking at changing our deployment to make use of app_offline.htm with Episerver (running Episerver 10 on MVC 5) but adding this file to the root of our web application (over 512 bytes in size) does absolutely nothing. To note I'm testing in Windows 10 and we are on server 2012 R2 on production?
Also this is definately set
Any ideas?
