My company recently made the decision to purchase EPiServer CMS and eCommerce platform. Our sales team has the need for an easy to use "Configuration, Pricing and Quoting" (CPQ) tool. We are wondering do you use the EPiServer eCommerce to address such a CPQ requirement or you use a 3rd party CPQ tool like Oracle BigMachine?
If your sales team is using a 3rd party CPQ tool, what is the name of the tool? Does it work well for your organization? Where is the functionality boundary between EPiServer eCommernce and 3rd party CPQ tool -- whis platform is used for what purpose and by who?
