I think i found it. Removed this from my config file

I have a site with multiple serveres (2 fronend and 1 edit server), after upgrade from CMS 10.10.4 to 11.3.2 iis will not start on any of the servers. Nothing in my log4net files, but in eventviewer i see this
A process serving application pool 'XXX' suffered a fatal communication error with the Windows Process Activation Service. The process id was '8584'. The data field contains the error number.
For some reason it is only a Warning. Source is WAS.
Anyone else had this issue? How to fix it?
It works on my dev computer but on that computer i do not have the remote event setup.
