Do you mind sharing some code, e.g. how you render the Broschures property in the view? Seems like there is some extra caching (other than page cache) going on, that's not invalidated correctly when publishing the page. Does the controller/action have output cache enabled, do you cache the view model that's created from the Brochures property?

Hello, I have a page that has an IList Brochures that holds a list of pdfs. In the CMS, when I drag a new .pdf from the media to the page, it publishes fine but does not display on my webpage in any browser until I refresh the app pool. Has anyone run across this issue?
