Our client is asking if there is a possibility for their customer services department to do user administration such as adding new users, activating users and changing passwords without giving all customer services members admin access in EPi? They do not want to have a lot of admins in EPi that can do whatever they want (for security reasons).
Is there any way to solve this without building a custom interface to the customer services department?

Nope. Admin is admin in Episerver. There is no admin light. If you need it you would unfortunately need to build it...
So probably aim for setting up a manual process instead. Few admins that people need to request access from...build a form using the new addon for forms? :)
