Add/Remove items from the 'Tools' menu in edit mode
Maybe I should raise a post about adding images to posts!
The button I mean is available in edit mode when you click the 'All Properties' button.
By default it's a drop-down called Tools, with the Items Dynamic Properties, Language Settings, Manage Expiration and Archiving, Permanently Mark as Being Edited, and Start a Workflow.

The posts linked is a good example for adding items to the tools menu, but I would like to hide the "Language Settings" item from the menu. Is this possible somehow? Does anybody know how?

Has anyone worked out how items can be removed / hidden from the Tools menu (based on user's group membership for example)?

I'm sure I found something on this via Google earlier, but I can't remember the search term. all I want to do is add/remove items from the Edit menu when viewing all properties in Edit mode:
