Description

Precondition: There are some Filter definitions.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to InsightUI > Segments.
  2. Click on the "Create a segment" button.
  3. Click on the Segment name/Segment description.

Expected:
Border does not overlap the displayed text.

Actual:
Border overlaps the displayed text (Segment name/Segment description).
