Steps to reproduce

1. Stop Cloud UI application or change the URL.
2. Navigate to the Insight UI.

Expected:
"No connection" view is displayed with corresponding texts, translated in current user language (en or sv).

Actual:
"undefined" value is displayed instead of texts in the view.
