Description

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Customer Service menu.
  2. Click Open Cart.
  3. Search for and select a user that has no cart.
  4. A new cart is created for the selected user.
  5. Close the cart.

Expected:
Cart is displayed in list immediately

Actual:
Cart is only visible on the list after you refresh the page.

Note: This bug is fixed in Commerce 12.1.0 but occurs again in Commerce 12.11.1
