Button to expand markets in left navigation has spacing issues on page load

1. Log into the site as an admin.
2. Open the commerce UI.
3. Navigate to the Marketing section.
4. Result: The markets in the left navigation show the expand option close to the top 3 markets.
5. Within commerce manager, add 20 markets.
6. Navigate back to marketing view.
7. Result: The button to expand markets is no longer adjacent to the top three markets.
8. Scroll down to make the expand button visible.
9. Click the expand button.
10. Collapse the markets in the left hand navigation.
11. Result: The button to expand markets in the left hand navigation is flush against the top three markets.

The contact has found an issue in the commerce UI. If they have a large number of markets, the button to expand markets in the left navigation is not adjacent to the top three markets. For those with smaller monitors, since they need to scroll to see the button, it initially appears like the button is not there. If this menu is expanded and then collapsed, the button is flush with the top three markets. The display issue occurs again when the page is refreshed.
