Description

Precondition: Default QS promotion: $50 off orders over $500

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to QS sample site
  2. Place an order by Authorize.NET with French Terry Pants (price $12.5, quantity 63), shipping cost $20, order discount $50 => Order total is $757.50.
  3. Observe the Transaction detail.

Expected:
The total transaction amount should equal the order total, $757.50.

Actual:
The total transaction amount is $757.73 ( in Commerce 11.8.1).
If I reproduce the steps in Commerce 11.8.2, the total transaction amount is $758.36.
