Do not send tracking when using facet filters on search page

Description

We should not send tracking when using facet filters on a search page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the Quicksilver sample site.
2. Enter a search phrase into search box.
3. Press <Enter>.
4. A tracking request is sent to Episerver Perform and Episerver Profile Store.
5. Click some facet filters on the search page.

Expected:
No tracking requests are sent to Episerver Perform and Episerver Profile Store.

Actual:
A tracking request is sent to Episerver Perform and Episerver Profile Store.

Note that this is an issue with Quicksilver, not the Episerver Perform packages
