Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Check out an order on the front end.
2. Go to the Order system.
3. Open the order detail.
4. Click the Notes tab, click Add new notes then Save.

Expected: No extra notes with meaningless information.
Actual: The system adds extra notes with meaningless information.
