When closing Language Settings dialog, always opens primary content version

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create and publish a content item.
2. Create a new primary draft.
3. View the published version - not the primary version.
4. Open the Language Settings dialog.
5. Click the [x] button to close it.

Expected: Keep viewing the published version you opened in step #3

Actual: Opens the primary draft version
