Steps to reproduce

  1. In the web.config, under episerver.framework, add <clientResource debug=true />.
  2. Go to edit mode.
  3. Open the developer tools.

Expected: The uncompressed versions of the JS files are used, example dojo.js.
Actual: Loads the compressed version.
