Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a page with a Published version and two Previously published versions.
  2. Click Compare.

Expected result:

The Published version is compared with the previous version (the version before the published version).

Actual result:

The Published version is compared with the earliest saved Previously published version.

Note: This behaviour seems to have changed between 9.9.2 and 10.0. In version 9.9.2, the behaviour is as expected.
