Cannot copy/paste media or block from local folder

Description

It is not possible to copy/paste an image or a block stored in a local page folder to the local folder of another page. Also, when trying to do a move (cut/paste), you get a message informing about the operation, but nothing happens.

Steps to reproduce:

1. In CMS edit view, create a page that has an image and a block stored in the local page folder.
2. Select the block/image and copy.
3. Create a new page.
4. Move to the local folder of the new page.
5. Select paste.

Expected: The image/block is duplicated to the folder of the other page.
Actual: Nothing happens.
Copy/paste from global folders seem to work.
