Description

When QuickNavigator is rendered, it seems to base its translations on the browser language. It should respect the setting made in the user profile.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Try it on a site that has a non-English language in combination with a profile that has English language.
  2. Use a browser with a language other than English.
  3. Log in as an editor with English language as the preference.

Expected: Get English in the QuickNavigator.
Actual: Get the browser language in the QuickNavigator.
