Project Feature: [Instant Update] "This version no longer exists" warning does not appear for all sub-items of deleted/restored item

Project feature issue
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create 2 pages (the child is a sub-page of the parent) in the active project.
2. User1 opens Project Overview to see Parent and Child page items.
3. User2 moves Parent to Trash > both Parent and Child are deleted.

Expected: User1/User2 sees "This version no longer exists" warning on both Parent and Child.
Actual: User1/User2 sees warning on Parent only.

4. User1 refreshes Project Overview to see the warning on both Parent and Child.
5. User2 restores Parent > both Parent and Child are restored.
Expected: User1 does NOT see the warning on both Parent and Child.
Actual: User1 still sees the warning on Child.

Observed: Same issue when deleting/restoring the parent folder of media/block items in the active project.
