Can't set a language on a primary url if you have an edit url on a multisite

Description

If you have a multisite setup with two start pages and two (or more) sites, and you want to configure edit urls and primary urls for the sites, you get an error message if you use a language on the primary url on site2.

For example, site 1 (this works if you have the asterisk):

edit.site1.com edit
site1.com en Primary

And you want to set up an edit url for the site 2.
edit.site2.se Edit
site2.se sv Primary

You get the following error message: Language(s) '' only have redirected or edit hosts.
