Description

Pre: Given a project and an image.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open overview of project and drag an image.
2. Write a comment for it.
3. Open the Image Editor to modify and save with replace to original option
4. Publish image.

Expected result: Publish event is logged one time.
Actual result: Publish event is logged 3 times.
