Description

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create 2 sites, both with site specific assets, using the same database.
  2. Create a page in site 1 with a block.
  3. Export the page.
  4. Import the page into site 2.
  5. Unselect "Update existing content items with matching ID".

Expected:
Page is imported into site 2, and block is imported into "For this site" for site 2.

Actual:
Page is imported into site 2, and block is imported into "For this site" for site 1.
