Ctrl-v not working in page tree

Description

Ctrl-v does not work for pasting pages in the page tree. (Note: Ctrl-c works for copying pages in the page tree. Both ctrl-c and ctrl-v work in the assets pane.)

Note 2: When pressing ctrl-x in the assets pane, the cut item is dimmed until it is pasted somewhere else. When you press ctrl-x in the page tree, nothing happens, the item is not dimmed. However, the item is actually cut, because if you select Paste from the context menu somewhere else, the cut item is moved.
