Steps to reproduce:
1. In Edit Mode, open the Alloy Plan page in All properties mode (or OPE - the bug happens in both modes)
2. In the Main body, select some text of a paragraph but not entire paragraph
3. Personalize the selected text
OBSERVED: The entire paragraph is personalized
EXPECTED: Only the selected text should be personalized
