Removing access rights for subitem doesn´t work12

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a node under startpage, it should not inherit settings from parent page.
2. Make sure pages under parent are not inheriting access right settings.
3. Now remove everyone user group by unchecking Read access on Parent page.
4. Choose "Apply settings ..." and save.
5. Now see that the pages under parent still show everyone group has Read access for everyone user group.

Expected: Access list should be update as well when you apply settings for all subitems.

Actual: Access list isn´t update.

Note. I have added a video clip to clarify the steps. Also its only applicable if you remove a group alltogether by unchecking Read rights.
