Steps to reproduce

Precondition: There is only one version of an Item (Page/Block)
1. Open the Item above
2. Open compare mode

OBSERVER: Shows content of all panel (left and right). Does not show message "There is only one version of this page. There is nothing to compare with."
EXPECTED: Shows the message "There is only one version of this page. There is nothing to compare with." and does not show content in right pane
