ContactID value doesn't show in commerce manager

Steps to reproduce

There is no way to show the ContactID of a user in Commerce Manager.

Steps to reproduce: 

- Go to Administration >> Business Foundation >> then choose Contact

- Go to Forms tab >> View Form to extend Contact UI by adding new field named "Id" 

- Save and then back to Customer Management >> Contacts >> then open certain contact from the list 

- See that Id field is blank (expect GUID value should display)
