Steps to reproduce

Fix note: For Condor, currencies will be set by market, then this bug will be fixed as when create a new order, the currency will be set as default currency of the market.

This bug is fixed against Head, it will be fixed for R3 if there is a hot fix request

When creating a new order in the Commerce Manager UI, the "Currency" drop down does not get set to the proper Default Currency.

This functionality worked in Commerce R2 SP2.

Go to Administration > System Settings > Common Settings.

Set Default Currency to a currency other than the first one listed at Administration > System Settings > Dictionaries > Currencies.

Save.

Go to Order Management and create a new order.

The Currency drop down is not set to the Default Currency.
