Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Edit an XhtmlString property on a page in All-Properties mode.
2. View its TinyMCE editor in full-screen mode.
3. Select a text in TinyMCE editor.
4. Click toolbar button "Text color" (or Background color)
Expected:
Shows color palette (as shown in the attached image)
Actual:
Shows nothing.
Notes: The issue doesn't happen to XhtmlString property on a block/media.
