Upgrading CMS5 to SP2
I had a few problems when upgrading from R1 to R2, but none from R2 to R2 SP2.. Afaik there are just some bug fixes, nothing major. But you can always read the release notes to be sure :).

I'm about to upgrade some of our sites from version 5.2.375.133 to version 5.2.375.236 (SP2). I have upgraded our test environment and as far as i can see everything went smoothly. Changes to the output cach seems te be the only "major" change.
