Admin-Only Form Fields
Hey Jessica,
I can see this is a feature request, but as a solution, you can use a custom Visitor Group based on roles. There is a bit old blogpost on the topic, you'd need to check if this still plays well with identity (but looks like it would). Then, you personalize form fields based on that visitor group.

Our client would like us to integrate a form on their site that has an administration area. We would like to make this form available to users to fill out (with the admin-only fields hidden). When the entries are viewed by admin within the CMS, we would like to give them the ability to fill in the admin-only fields. Wufoo has this functionality (http://webhelp.episerver.com/latest/addons/episerver-forms/form-element-types.htm).
